    Nakheel the master developer for the Palm Jumeirah when initially selling the villa plots decided to keep back 5 fronds wherein no villas were constructed on them and the plots were then sold at a later date.

     

    These were Fronds G, H, I, J and N Fronds.

     

    On these fronds plots were sold directly to clients for them to make there own custom built villas with bigger plot sizes (7,000 to 18,000) with permissions for basements and G + 2 and larger BUA (Built Up Areas)

     

    The majority of these villas have been constructed for the owner's personal use and therefore the materials and the contractors have been carefully chosen. Each villa is uniquely designed by world class architects.
